부분에서 

 

xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee" 의 java를

xmlns="http://Java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee"  또는

xmlns="http://JAVA.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee" 로 변경하면 해결할 수 있다.
